Exchange and Return Policy

– Cancellation by the customer (Non-defective product): If you wish to cancel your order, please contact the hotline +84 913.338.266 (during office hours).

– You will not incur any cancellation fees. Once the goods have been dispatched, they cannot be canceled.

– Exchange & Return (Defective product): To assist you with handling defective products, Thái Minh Nguyên Company requires your cooperation and requests that you provide some information about the product, including:

• Order number.
• Details proving the product is damaged or defective.
• Other necessary information for the inspection process when requested by us.
• After confirming that the product is defective due to transportation or manufacturing issues, please package the product, including: the product itself, the purchase invoice, and the gift (if any) accompanying it.

– Upon receiving the goods sent by the customer, Thái Minh Nguyên Trading and Service Limited Liability Company will inspect and respond to the product handling process through the contact information (phone number) provided by the customer.

– Defective products will be exchanged or returned within 3-5 working days.

– Payment for orders will be made according to the agreed-upon time in the purchase order.
